Trick hand cuffs. We will machine cuffs to order. A. Jumper cuffs. Used primarily for under water escapes. The bows of the cuffs close but only stay shut because of a pressure fit. Jumper cuffs can not be examined. Usually an assistant puts them on you. One strategy is to have real cuffs examined before the show and switch them before the escape. $75.00 in Smith and Wesson

B. Pull aparts. These cuffs can be examined after you double lock them. In appearance they look normal but when they are on your wrists all you do is give a hard pull and they pop open. Do not use pull aparts under water. $65.00 in Smith and Wesson.

We also trick the following cuffs as in Dick Norman's book.: Cobb- with the barrel twist Hyatt- with push button or quick release LINK. Tower handcuffs- push together to release. Tower legirons- same method (they said it was impossible but we do it anyway). Russian Manicles copys-slammers Hamburg 8s-notch method or post twist. We use milling machines, lathes and jewelers tools. We have been "tricking" cuffs for years and know exactly what to do. If needed, we will chrome plate the final product.

Real & Trick Strait Jackets
If you are the type who enjoys a challenge, the regulation Strait Jacket is the jacket for you. It's possible to wrap a volunteer from the audience in this jacket before you escape. The volunteer can not escape. He puts you in the jacket. You then escape to thunderous applause.
