| New color style. A great arm chopper that's not scary for kids but has lots of thrills and chills.
Effect: A volunteer is invited from the audience and asked to place his arm in one end of disarmed and out the other. Disarmed is rotated around the volunteers arm completely showing that it's solid all the way around. In fact, you can display Disarmed from any angle before and after the performance. With disarmed on the volunteers arm, the magician displays two solid blades with neat looking handles. The volunteer is asked to gently lower each blade down the center of Disarmed and make contact with his arm to see if there is any room for the blades to pass around his arm. There is not. The volunteer is further asked to feel around looking for trap doors. They find none. The volunteer removes his arm. Both blades are inserted into the empty Disarmed. The volunteer is asked to insert his arm (from either end) and try to circumvent the blades. The volunteer must admit there is no way his arm can be inside Disarmed with both blades inserted . |

| It appears quite impossible. The magician plays up the imposibility "Even though this is a very dangerious trick ... I myself have never been hurt!" or " Have you ever done this trick before?. No. Me either... but don't worry, everything will -come off- all right, ect." Do your entire arm chopper routine if you wish.
The magician releases the volunteer from his task at hand and states "For the first time in history, instead of the magician sawing the assistant in half, the assistant will now saw the magician in half! Mostly because of insurance reasons and what happened on the last show!" (A bloody towel is tossed at the performer) "Don't remind me!" he yells. The magician runs his own arm through Disarmed. The audience plainly sees a real hand coming out the other end, NO FAKES, then the assistant drops each blade down the center (or you can do it yourself). Disarmed is now swung open, as in the photo, and tilted a bit, up and down. We've discovered that tilting disarmed, while your hand remains stationary really brings the illusion to life, then keeping Disarmed stationary and revolving your hand also looks impossible. The fingers are wiggled OR like performing the Zig Zag, hand yourself a handkercheif that is waved with your severed arm. You can go through the motions with a volunteer then perform Disarmed on your assistant. Either way, Disarmed is closed. Your arm is removed. The audience goes wild. No arms are hurt while performing this illusion. Please keep your nose clear or you might get the nickname "The No Nose Magician who Knows No Nose!".
New improved design A message to those who own a Sword Through Neck. Sword through neck is a great effect but magicians hate replacing the tape. You know what I mean. It takes up valuable time and is a sticky mess. Disarmed is made to last a hundred years with nothing to replace. Disarmed is also easier to bring to a show, as opposed to a sword, because the audience always wants to play with the sword while you're packing. Usually you need to take a seperate trip to the car just to get rid of the sword before people get their hands on it. Disarmed is better. You can allow people to look at it without discovering the secret. We supply Disarmed, directions and two blades. You supply music (like Wagner). Disarmed is made in blue & red . You will use Disarmed often because it requires no set up at all. and takes up three to four minutes of time to perform. Disarmed is 20 inches long (50.5 mm) and can fold in half for transport. click here to see a Disarmed. $198.00 ( Custom sizes and different colors are availible as a custom order. contact me with your request) Free shipping in the US for regular mail, with no tracking or insurance.
